insufficient heating

Charming boutique hotel atmosphere with great location.

Check-in was confusing and there was no one at the reception when I arrived. I needed to decipher unclear instructions to enter the hotel, frustrating. The heating in the room was insufficient, causing discomfort .

had a very lovely stay here. recently refurbished hotel and the location to multiple christmas markets was exceptionally nice and ideal. we enjoyed modern room with 2 double beds and very helpful staff. the breakfast was healthy and good and there were good choice of options. the service was all in all excellent. easy check-in was a bonus.

The staff provided amazing recommendations for local attractions and even whipped up the best scrambled eggs for breakfast. Just ensure you have access to email for arrival instructions ahead of time. Great experience overall!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Cologne Central Station! Our spacious room had a view of the cathedral, and it was so quiet at night thanks to the double glazed windows. The staff were helpful, great to leave our luggage after check-out, a big plus.

Check-in was a bit confusing at first.

Staying in the triple room for two nights, the lovely windows that open up allowed plenty of fresh air. The decor was inviting, and the bed provided excellent comfort. On the downside, the noise from nearby bars disrupted our nights, and we encountered some confusion during check-in.
